These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the ju9 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, placing a bet, or accessing any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all supplementary policies incorporated herein.

ju9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

This Agreement applies to all users accessing ju9 from Bangladesh, including residents of Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other regions. Players must be 21 years of age or older to register and participate on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on ju9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 21+ only — minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration details including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid contact number or email address.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same person is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close relative of ju9 or any of its licensed content providers, as such persons are prohibited from wagering on the Platform.

ju9 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity and age at any time, including during account registration, upon withdrawal requests, or when irregular activity is detected. Failure to provide adequate documentation within the specified timeframe may lead to account suspension.

ju9 supports a range of trusted payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment options are available:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours after successful KYC verification.

All funds deposited into your ju9 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or unverified sources will be declined and may trigger a compliance review. ju9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor, your bank, or network connectivity issues on your end.

ju9 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirement (rollover), which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard rollover is 15x–30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period (typically 7–30 days). Any unused bonus or bonus winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• A player may only redeem one welcome bonus per lifetime account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through a duplicate account constitutes fraud.
• ju9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, ju9's interpretation shall be final and binding.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting rollover conditions, or used in conjunction with other active promotions unless explicitly permitted by the specific offer terms. Players are responsible for understanding the terms of each promotion before opting in.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ju9 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity, including (but not limited to) identity theft, use of stolen payment instruments, chargeback fraud, or collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage or exploit bugs in the Platform's games or payment systems.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals to evade detection, or using the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassment, abuse, offensive language, or threatening behaviour directed at ju9 support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

ju9 employs a dedicated compliance and fraud prevention team that continuously monitors account activity. Accounts identified as exhibiting suspicious behaviour will be placed under review immediately. During a review period, withdrawal access may be temporarily restricted until the investigation is concluded.

All content on the ju9 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, software code, interface design, text, video, audio, and branding elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ju9 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from ju9.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any ju9 trademark, trade name, or logo without prior written consent.

ju9 is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during registration and use of the Platform is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption is applied to all data transmissions between your device and our servers.
• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and legal compliance.
• ju9 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• You have the right to request access to your stored personal data, request corrections, or request deletion subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ju9, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if ju9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ju9 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. ju9 shall not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party payment processing delays, or events outside ju9's reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ju9 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ju9's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ju9's internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

ju9 reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that ju9 believes violates these Terms & Conditions, is harmful to other users, third parties, or the integrity of the Platform, or for any other reason at ju9's sole discretion.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ju9 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and KYC checks have been satisfied. ju9 will retain certain records as required by applicable law even after account closure.

• ju9 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via on-site notification or email where reasonably practicable.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ju9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
